Digital Products

All products sold on HumanAndCode are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.

Because digital files are made available for download after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Problems With Your Download

We want you to receive the product you purchased successfully. If you experience a technical problem with your download, receive an incorrect file, or the file is defective or inaccessible, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Refunds

Refunds may be considered when there is a verified problem with the digital product that we are unable to resolve.

We do not generally provide refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental purchases
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing
• Differences in printer, paper, screen, or color settings
• Digital files that have already been successfully downloaded and are functioning as described
